What is usergg.com?
usergg.com is a marketplace where you can list, buy, or sell social media usernames (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.). You can join for free, post listings, or browse usernames for sale.
How do I post a listing?
After logging in, go to Dashboard → Usernames for Sale. Select the platforms you want to sell on, enter title, description, price, and contact info. Make sure to fill in your usernames (@handle) for those platforms in the Profile tab.
How does escrow work?
Click "Start escrow" on a seller's listing to begin a deal. The buyer marks "Paid" after paying, the seller marks "I transferred" after handing over the account, and the buyer completes with "I received, complete". This keeps both parties safe.
How is payment made?
The site does not process payments. Buyer and seller arrange payment between themselves (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). In escrow, the buyer marks "Paid" to confirm payment; the seller receives the money after delivery.
What is account verification?
Verified accounts are sellers approved by the site. It increases trust for buyers. Contact us if you want to request verification.
Why is my listing not showing?
You must select at least one platform and fill in title, description, and contact. Check all fields in Dashboard → Usernames for Sale and save.
How do I report inappropriate content or a user?
Use the "Report" button on the profile page to report a user. Reports are reviewed and action is taken when needed.
Is membership free?
Yes. Joining and posting listings are free. Only the price you agree with the buyer applies when you make a sale.
